In the Waiting Room: Trust, Doubt, and the Human Journey

In this raw and vulnerable podcast episode, I sit in the sterile quiet of a hospital waiting room, anxiously awaiting my husband’s surgery. I share the inner turmoil of trusting God in moments of uncertainty, but also admitting the struggle of being human. The constant balancing act of faith and fear, hope and doubt, and the frustration of not always being the calm, unwavering person I wish I could be. I reflect on moments when I’ve faltered, when my trust in Jesus feels shaky, but I hold on to the promise that He’s there even in my weakest moments. It’s an honest conversation about waiting, about not always having it together, and about finding grace in the midst of it all.
